International Women’s Day 2023: Today and everyday we celebrate our wāhine! Our mothers, kuia, sisters, aunties, partners, and leaders.
The theme for International Women’s Day is to embrace equity. In 2023, we hope to see meaningful change in gender pay gaps & representation in leadership. We tautoko the efforts of Mind The Gap NZ in closing the gender pay gap and Manatū Wāhine with their mahi to improve outcomes for women in Aotearoa.

Maryann Robertson
Māmā and Social Media Specialist
Maryann is Māmā to Skye and a social media specialist. She knows how to put together a great social post, and is an expert community manager. Maryann truly understands the different audiences and makes sure their voice is heard. She is our accessibility expert. Maryann is professional proactive, smart, witty and kind. We love having her on the team!
Rovania Naidoo
Māmā, Social Media and Brand Strategist
Rovania is Māmā to Ella and our expert thinker and strategist. She has an incredible ability to look at complexity and create a clear plan for our clients. Rovania led the Ministry of Health Vaccination and Immunisation programme on social media, and she’s written most of our strategies for clients.
Rovania has dedicated her career to social change work and we feel fortune to have her on our team.
Taylor McRitchie-Maraku
Māmā and Kaiāwhina / Project Co-ordinator
Taylor is Māmā to Jett and Summer (tamahine whakaangi). Taylor is an expert organiser, project co-ordinator and relationship manager. Taylor works with us over Te Hapori Matihiko and Social Good, keeping the teams running and the mahi on track.
Taylor has ensured her mahi sits around kaupapa Māori having recently returned from Sydney. We love Taylor’s nature, she is driven, smart and a lovely person!
Ella Sargent
Content Advisor
Ella is our awesome content advisor. Ella runs a successful te reo Māori Instagram account called Manawa Māori, tutors te reo Māori and is studying a degree in Communications.
Ella creates beautiful, thoughtful social media posts for Social Good and our clients. We love Ella’s enthusiasm and drive and we are pleased tautoko her in her as she builds her career.
